by About a year later, Peter Brennan was hired by Paramount Television to be the executive producer of the long running tabloid news program HARDCOPY. He took his entire staff with him. Danno continued to work for HARDCOPY until 1994, and is credited with creating and producing the HARDCOPY "CAUGHT ON TAPE" segments. In 1994, he was approached by Dick Clark to produce a one hour television special for the NBC television network ("Caught in the Act"). Danno has produced news segments for all of these news programs:
